संसद एक विधायिका है यह नाम फ्रांसीसी "पैरालिमेंट" से लिया गया है, शब्द 'पार्लर' का अर्थ- बोलने के लिए 
  • "विधायिका" राष्ट्रीय संसद और कांग्रेस के लिए सामान्य नाम है जो प्रतिनिधियों की पूर्ण आम सभा के रूप में कार्य करते हैं और जिनके पास कानून बनाने की शक्ति है।     
  • यूरोप एक अद्वितीय महाद्वीप है, जो सभी दिशाओं से पानी से घिरा और पड़ोसी एशिया के साथ एक भूमिगत सीमा है।
  • भौगोलिक दृष्टि से, उत्तर से आर्कटिक महासागर, पश्चिम से अटलांटिक महासागर, भूमध्य सागर से दक्षिण से, और काले सागर द्वारा दक्षिणपूर्व से घिरा हुआ है।
